Face to face dimensions: ISO 5752 series 1, DIN 3202 - F1.
Flanges: PN 10, PN 16, PN 25, UNI 2223, DIN 2501, ISO 2531.
Test standards: UNI 6884, ISO 5208.
Employment limits: drinking or filtered 2 mm water.
PRESSURE: PN 16 - PN 25.
Art. 13.000: from DN 50 to DN 200 for PN 40.
OPERATIONAL TEMPERATURES: FROM +2°C TO +70°C.
The control and check valve, either with diaphragm or piston, works like a started flow
valve with a variable section.
Flow opening, shut off and regulation are got through a diaphragm movement which is
supported and led by a swivel-cap-spring unit in version 12.000 and by a piston-viport
unit in version 13.000.
Suitable pilot circuits, mounted on the body valve, allow each kind of regulation.
Thanks to the natural play of pressures it is always possible to check both inlet and
outlet flow rate and pressure, as well regulate the flow of a system monitoring its
upstream and downstream pressure. |
